The anatomy of a Rivetory real estate site.
Rather than show you a gallery, here is the build itself: every part of an agent site that does a job, what that job is, and what happens behind the page after someone taps the number.
Every piece on the page has a job.
Seven parts. Each one exists because leaving it out costs appointments. The mockup below is drawn in Rivetory's own styling, with no real business attached to it.
Boise · Meridian · Nampa · Caldwell
Find the right house in the Treasure Valley, then see it this week.
Neighborhoods
Enter your address, get a real number and a plan.
- 01
Hero states market and offer
The first line names the neighborhoods you work, not a slogan about trust.
- 02
Listing search up front
IDX / MLS search is available as an add-on once your feed is connected, and it can sit in the first screen rather than buried in a submenu.
- 03
Instant-response widget
Call, text, or ask a question. Text workflows activate after sender verification and carrier registration clear.
- 04
Book a showing, one tap
Connected to your real availability when configured, on every page including the listing detail page.
- 05
Neighborhood pages that rank
One page per area you actually work, written from what you know.
- 06
Review wall pulled from Google
Live, verifiable proof placed next to the decision, not buried at the bottom.
- 07
Seller CTA with a home-value path
Address first, fast follow-up, then a conversation about listing it.
FIG. 01 - Illustrative agent site, converting parts numbered 01 to 07

What happens after the tap, in three moves.
The page is only half of it. Once text features clear sender verification and carrier registration, this illustrates the two minutes after a call goes unanswered.
Illustrative timeline. Not client data. Text-based steps activate after sender verification and carrier registration clear.
Why this one flow matters more than the rest
A caller who reaches voicemail at 10:42 PM is calling other agents by 10:45. The text-back is not clever marketing, it is the difference between being in the conversation and never knowing it happened.
It runs on your existing number, so the buyer sees the number from your sign. If you pick up, the automation stays quiet.
How Rivetory Follow-Up worksFIG. 02 - Missed call to booked showing, illustrative timing
Three things a template will never do.
Built, not themed
Every page is written and assembled for one agent and one market. No template you configure and then never touch again.
The system ships with the site
Available follow-up and booking are wired in on launch day. After-Hours Voice is a private pilot and is not included in any plan. The site is the front of one pipeline, not a brochure with a form.
One person accountable
Calvin builds it, launches it, and maintains it. When something is off, you text the person who wrote the code.
FIG. 03 - What ships with a Rivetory build
No client galleries yet. Rivetory is taking its first Treasure Valley agents now, and I will not put invented logos or numbers on this page to look busier than I am.
Founding implementation availability is limited because I build each one personally. Ask what is available. What you see above is exactly what gets built.
Your next client is already searching.
The Lead Leak Audit shows you where the leads you already earn are slipping, and the order I would fix it in. $250, credited toward setup if you start a build within 14 days.
