Use of the site
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, reverse engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited communication.
Engagements
Quotes, starting prices, and example builds shown on the site are illustrative. Final scope, pricing, and timelines are set in a written agreement before any work begins.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand, and design are owned by Rivetory. Work produced for a client is governed by the engagement agreement for that project.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from any system we build; results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivetory's total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
SMS/text messaging
We only send SMS/text messages when you have given prior consent — either by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by receiving a one-time reply after calling (208) 510-0776 and missing a live answer. Messages are sent only about your inquiry and Rivetory’s website, follow-up, and related services; we do not use text messaging for bulk marketing. Message frequency varies.
