A site a buyer can actually search.
The website rebuild: design, copy, and the hosting under it. IDX / MLS listing search is available as an add-on once your feed is connected. Built so a first-time visitor can do something other than read your bio.
What this actually fixes.
Most agent sites are a bio, a headshot, and an IDX button buried in the menu.
A buyer can't search, and a seller can't tell why they'd list with you rather than the agent two doors down.
Nothing captures the visitor who isn't ready to call yet, so that visit is simply gone.
FIG. 01 - Rivetory Sites / the gap it closes
Everything in the scope, in writing.
- Custom design on the Operator's Desk system, not a template you have seen on ten other agent sites
- Home, about, buyer, seller, neighborhoods, and contact pages, written for your market
- Add-on: IDX / MLS listing search for residential, or commercial property search, available when your feed is connected
- Mobile-first build, because most of your traffic arrives on a phone from a listing link
- Page speed tuned against Core Web Vitals
- On-page SEO and schema so your pages are legible to search and to AI answers
- Your domain and email kept exactly as they are, no forced migration
- Hosting, SSL, and monthly content edits included in the plan
FIG. 02 - Deliverables included in the plan
Three moves, in order.
Presence review notes
- Market: Boise / Meridian
- Price band and pitch
- What the old site hides
Two rounds of revision, one shared doc.
- 01WEEK 0
Presence review and a short call
I go through what you have now, then we spend 30 minutes mapping your market, your price band, and how you actually pitch a seller. That call is the source material for the copy.
- 02WEEK 1-2
Design and copy, about two weeks
You review everything in one shared doc instead of a pile of email threads. Two rounds of revision are normal and expected.
- 03WEEK 3
Launch
I handle the DNS cutover so there is no downtime, archive the old site, and stay on the phone the day it goes live.
FIG. 03 - Delivery sequence for Rivetory Sites
The agent this is built around.
Any agent whose current site is a template they have never touched, or who is paying a platform monthly for something they cannot edit. If you have ever asked someone else to change a phone number on your own website, this is for you.
Asked before you ask it.
- Can you connect my MLS listing search?
- Yes, as an add-on from $199/mo plus provider fees. Residential IDX comes in through your MLS feed, which usually means a short approval form and a small monthly feed fee paid to the MLS or the IDX provider, not to me. Commercial search is wired differently and we scope it on the call.
- Do I keep my domain and email?
- Yes. The domain stays in your name and your email keeps working through whatever provider you use now. I only change the records that point the website itself.
- What if my brokerage requires certain branding or disclosures?
- Send me the brand guide and the required disclosure language up front and it gets built in from the first draft, including logo lock-ups, Fair Housing, and license line placement.
