One person builds it, and that person answers when you call.
Rivetory is Calvin Thurman, working out of the Boise metro. Websites and the follow-up systems behind them, for agents and teams in the Treasure Valley.
The site is not the problem. The silence after it is.
Most agents are handed a template site on day one of a brokerage tour. It has a headshot, a bio, and an IDX button two menus deep. Nobody ever edits it, because editing it means filing a request with a platform that does not know your market.
Then the leads land in an inbox nobody watches. A form fills at 9 PM. A call rings out during a showing. The follow-up depends on remembering, and remembering competes with three closings, an inspection, and a kid's game.
Rivetory is the website plus the system behind it, built and maintained by one person who is accountable for whether it actually books showings. Not impressions, not a dashboard. Showings on your calendar.

FIG. 01 - The one number that reaches the builder
Plain terms, written down.
These are the operating rules, not aspirations. If one of them ever slips, hold me to it.
One shared doc, not a portal
Everything about your build lives in one document you can open on your phone. No logins to remember, no ticket queue.
Two to four week builds
Foundation builds land in about two weeks, larger builds in about four. You review copy and design in one pass, not six.
You keep your domain and email
Your domain stays in your name. Your email keeps working through the cutover. Nothing gets moved into an account you cannot reach.
You own the site
It is yours. If you ever leave, the site and the content go with you. No hostage fee, no rebuild-from-scratch penalty.
The monthly plan covers upkeep and edits
Hosting, SSL, monitoring, and real content edits are in the plan. New headshot, new listing page, changed hours: send it over.
If the bottleneck is elsewhere, we quote it flat
The five services are not a fence. If the review finds the real problem somewhere else, I price that piece flat and tell you if it is not worth doing.
FIG. 02 - Operating principles for every Rivetory engagement
When you text the number, you get Calvin.
Worth being blunt, because all three of these are common and all three cost agents money.
Not an agency
There is no account manager between you and the person building. There is no team to route your question through.
Not a reseller
Rivetory is not a white-labeled platform with a markup. The site is built, the automations are wired by hand to your number and your calendar.
Not a lead broker
Rivetory does not sell, buy, or supply leads. We capture and route the interest you already earn, to you and nowhere else.
FIG. 03 - Boundaries of the engagement
Run from the Treasure Valley.
Rivetory works the Boise, Nampa, Meridian and Caldwell markets, across Ada and Canyon County. That matters for one practical reason: the pages that rank locally are the ones written by someone who knows that a Harris Ranch buyer and a Karcher Road buyer are not searching the same way.
Being local also means I can meet you, and that a launch is not three time zones and a support ticket away from getting fixed.

Limited Treasure Valley builds this month. I build each one personally, so ask what is available.
